Q: Why can't I login even though you sent me my username and password?
A: There could be a couple of reasons, check your cookies - make sure your browser has support for them and they are turned on. Also make sure you are typing without caps lock on. In addition, if your email address ends in a subdomain address more than two octets long it might be causing your login to crash e.g.(me@mydomain.abc.com). Since you can't login, you won't be able to change that - but contact us and we can make the change for you.
Q: I'm confused, which login do I use to access back-issues and which one do I use for the website online content?
A: The answer here is both! When you sign up in the store, you are actually creating an online account here at ATT.
You must purchase an online subscription, and / or print subscription to gain access to the online media though.
Q: I am a subscriber and was sent a username and password from the new website, but it doesn't work!
A: When we initially launched the new site, our new system had a couple of small glitches. You might need to have your
account reset. Just send us a note in the contact us form and we'll get that done right away.
Q: I have requested my password from the system but it never arrives in my email, what's up?
A: Make sure in your email settings you have added AstronomyTechnologyToday.com to your whitelist or safe-senders group.
If you are a comcast, aol, or bellsouth user - there seems to be an issue with those domains accepting mail from the ATT site that we are currently working on.
